Our extensive breakfast buffet ensures a good start to the day. We make sure to use as many regional products and ingredients as possible. For example, our bread and pastries come from the Backstuba bakery in Soelden. We also source sausage, cheese, yoghurt etc. as regionally as possible. Well-fuelled, nothing stands in the way of an active day in the Oetztal mountains.
